    If you are the owner of a newer property built between 1995 and 2007, you ma know that your house is plumbed, not with copper tubing, but with a plastic piping known collectively as PEX.What you may not be aware of, is that for those years a problem existed with the fittings that connected the pipes.  Not all PEX is a problem; it is only a brand of PEX (so far) that has shown issues. The pipes that are identified to be at issue are known by the brand name Kitec, which is manufactured in Canada by IPEX Inc.

    Potential problems on certain NC015 and NC015CP Breakers may existSchneider Canada has announced a Voluntary Replacement Program of circuit breakers, they are concerned that some breakers MAY NOT TRIP.The affected circuit breakers are Federal Pioneer NC015 and NC015CP, Single Pole Rated 15A, Stab-Lok Circuit Breakers - Manufactured between August 1, 1996 and June 11, 1997.These circuit breakers can be identified by a Square / rectangular shaped BLUE coloured handle.Replacement breakers are identified by a hole drilled in the handle (Blue colour)OR
